Wooden Pocket Knife

I built a pocket knife. It is made out of wood. I got it because of a conference at school, and I did well. My mom and dad bought me a pocket knife. I normally don't get it for conferences. I normally only get it for report cards. It was hard to put it together. I made it on October 29, 2013.

 

 

Airplane

The wheels of this airplane are plastic. The rest is wood, nails and glue.

 

Locker

This locker has one shelf. It was easy to make. I bought the pieces from a store named Home Depot.

Box

I made this box at Home Depot. It's from Monsters University. I store a mini telescope in it.

 

Morocca

I made a morocca all by myself with bells.

Swords

I made swords with two pieces of scrap wood, sticks from the woods, nails and glue.

 

 

Nunchucks

I have a woods. I play in it, and one day I found a piece of wood. Then I cut it in half with a handsaw. Next I made it into nunchucks with no help, and it is very smooth.

 

Airplane

I made it out of scrap wood with my grandpa, and it is my grandpa on my dad's side.

 

Monsters Inc. University

These were hard to make. We accidentally put the green monster's feet on the wrong way. They were supposed to be point toward the the outside, but we put them on backwards. I like it better this way.

Necklace for Mom

It took three weeks to make this necklace. I painted it, pushed parts together, made a hole through the middle, and put cuts in it. I also put string through it.

Vans and Canoes

I was building a van and a canoe with my grandpa, and I built it with scrap wood.

Mini Monster Truck

While I was building this truck, a piece split in half. I got gorilla glue and fixed it. Then I made the rest.

Mini Boat

I built this purple boat and raced it in the creek at Hubbard Valley Park. I won twice and lost three times. One time I finished in third place, and another time I finished in second place.

In October 2013 I built another boat. I am going to race it again someday.
